"The installer was very professional, clean work, prompt and very knowledgeable. Explained how the Ring system works and made sure I was comfortable with the product function prior to departing."

"Great work, very timely, half the price of Geek Squad. Had to take time off work for install but everything worked out in the end. Highly recommended."

"Pat did such an excellent job installing my wall mount television. He checked in with me about several installation questions to understand my preferences for the job. He accommodated my schedule when another contractor was late installing carpet in the same work area, and worked on my project in the evening. Pat is pleasant to work with, very professional, and has great communication skills. He makes what he does look easy. I would highly recommend his service."

"We just had a full home upgrade done and it turned out amazing! The team installed in-ceiling speakers, mounted all our TVs, and added a sound bar under the main one—everything looks super clean and sounds incredible. They also set us up with a universal remote that controls everything, which makes life so much easier. On top of that, they installed an alarm system with cameras and upgraded our home Wi-Fi, so everything runs smoothly and we can monitor everything right from our phones. The whole setup feels modern, secure, and super convenient. Highly recommend these guys if you're looking to upgrade your home with entertainment, better Wi-Fi, or security features!"

"If you're looking for superb customer service and unbeatable prices on the best equipment, look no further. Erik was great to work with. He came to the house and helped choose the right system. He was willing to work with any older components I wanted to keep when possible (i.e., no big sales pitch to buy all new). The prices were much less than I found elsewhere. The installers (Cory and Dan) were perfectionists, neat and pleasant to have around--and I'm picky about those things. The system is amazing--Erik was right on the money with his recommendations. The universal remote controls the system amazingly well and is unbelievably simple to use. Because I was using some older components and wanted to network the TV with my computer, the set-up took a few trips to get it all working. Erik came back several times to get everything 100%. He even helped me make some adjustments on the computer to get it working well. I could go on, but running out of room here. Go with Erik at Halsten!!!!!"

"The computer technician, Tammy, was excellent.  He arrived on time and was very personable.  Our computer is several years old and has been running slow, so he cleaned it up for us.  He tried to show us how to perform some maintenance tasks on our own.
After he was finished, he had to call in to the main Geek Choice number to settle the bill.  When I spoke with the person on the phone from Geek Choice, I was astonished when they told me the bill was for $300, which included 2.5 hours service at $100 per hour and a $50 fee for home visit.  I informed her that I had ordered the first hour through Angie's List for $75 and that the home visit fee was waived.  She retrieved my information and charged me a balance of $135, to include the reduced hourly fee of $90 per hour.  So Angie's List saved me almost $100, which I totally appreciate.
I give the technician high marks but the company, Geek Choice, seems like just another corporation trying to make more money off the consumer than they should.  I'm glad I went through Angie's List.

"No complaints. The Technician was professional and completed the tasks in a professional manner. I used an Angies list coupon for one of the jobs and it was a fair price. The other TV was a little more. I used the Angies list service because I wanted to support local business people. I was surprised to find out the Tech was an independent contractor provided by a California company. A month or so later I needed another TV mounted. In addition to Hellotech I looked into another internet company that begins with "A" that provides local contractors for home repairs. The other service was quite a bit cheaper ($118) and the repair work was comparable. If I can't avoid national internet companies I might as well go for the cheapest."

"Had a great job done at home installed my surround sound system. They did a great job."
