Greg is a very friendly and professional, and a joy to work with. I called him for a crawl space evaluation to understand whether encapsulation was something we needed and/or wanted. His description of how the result is better than just circulating humid air under the house convinced me that it made sense. His crew started on the scheduled date and took about 4 days to complete the job. They were fastidious, leaving the work site clean each day. The quality of their workmanship is excellent. It's too early to observe any longer term results of the encapsulation, but the crawl space looks very clean and does not have any lingering musty odor. "Like anyone that notices their home is starting to crack and move you feel overwhelmed. After hiring a structural engineer to tell us what what was going on we began the search for a foundation specialist. I interviewed three companies and after research selected CNT Foundations.

"Sears' package of services allowed me to worry very little because they coordinated all the trades. Sears has a longstanding reputation for standing behind their products, something I had not found to be true with other contractors I had used in the past. Thecarpenter/job coordinator who did the refacing work was wonderful to work with, making minor modifiations as necessary to fit my needs.  I had not originally intended to purchase new appliances, but Sears offered me such a great discount that I added a new cooktop, double ovens (which required some cabinet modifications), and a dishwasher, which were installed by the carpenter.  He also coordinated the quartz countertop and flooring installations. All of the work Sears did was well done and professional. After the job was completed, I noticed that a door in the den that had to be cut off to accommodate the new flooring was a bit rough, and they sent the carpenter back to fix it within a week. I was somewhat concerned that I would not like the laminate used to reface the wood cabinets, but it has turned out to be very attractive, more durable than wood, and easy to clean.  No one can even find the seams in the quartz countertop or the Congoleum flooring, so I feel that their workmen are very experienced and skilled. I not only would recommend Sears to others, I would use them again for other work."

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."
