"Called Kelly Chapman's number and left a voice message explaining the problem and suggested two dates to come out.  He called back  shortly and came out the following day promptly as we scheduled.  First, he came to check the problem and determined what was needed.  The sump pump needed replacing.  He then left and returned as promised with a new sump pump and installed it within the amount of time just as he estimated.  Mr. Chapman was very professional.  He explained the problem with the old pump and the type of new pump installed. His actual charge came in under his original estimate.  We were quite happy with his services and feel confident we would call upon him again!

"We recently purchased a recently renovated century old farmhouse. They were help in sorting out the problems with the Title Company and they made sure we were happy with the repairs. When one repairman bailed on us, American Home Shield came to the rescue. Couple of months later a pump failed on the clothes washer and it was repaired in just a few days. $75 for each claim for the service call and the repair is covered. I am afraid they have paid more than the cost of my policy at this point. But that is what insurance is for. Definitely keeping them in the future. Highly recommend."
