"I signed up to have a modular log home built on an existing foundation. The builder had a number of specifications that needed to be met to get the foundation ready for the new house. I contacted 8 other companies, but no one could help me with my long list of tasks. When I finally got ahold of Highlander Waterproofing, I started by telling them I was a problem child. I listed all the work that needed to be done and Mike told me that nothing on my list sounded sounded scary. I got a couple of visits from Mario, the manager, and Mike, the senior engineer, and one of their senior job bosses. They were all knowledgeable, helpful, positive, and suggested that I use steel supports instead of concrete to save space. Work started in August when Dewey and JT started knocking off the top 2 courses of block. "The Gents" - Dewey (the job boss) Devon, Jimmy, Matt, and Dave - did wonderful work. Because of Murphy's Law, we had to knock some walls down and rebuild them because of bowing, and we ended up adding an internal French Drain. They set rebar, poured tons of concrete, dug footers, put up steel support beams, installed glass block windows, put down sill plates, and rebuilt the front where the garage doors will be. I cannot even begin to say how pleased I am with the work they did. And they were a lot of fun to boot! They let me video them daily, tease them mercilessly, and they had the good grace to laugh when my dog made off with their breakfast jerky. There is still some work to do when the house actually gets here in April - insulating the outside wall, backfilling, putting the sump pumps in, rebuilding the center wall, and digging footers for the porch. I have absolute confidence in Highlander Waterproofing and "The Gents." I would recommend them highly and with no reservations to anyone who needs foundation work. I will add to this post with the final pictures in April."

"Sean and his crew were amazing and very professional. They came out within a day of contacting them about a drainage issue we had. He came and assessed the situation, drew up a plan, and helped us get things submitted to the township and our HOA. Once we got approved and got permits, him and his crew were fast to get started. Once they got started, they did an amazing job. We got a complaint from a picky neighbor who believed that we were encroaching on his property. Sean came out and talked to our HOA and assessed the situation. It was proven that Sean and his crew followed all the guideline and rules set forth by our HOA. He is very knowledgeable about laws and codes. We also had him install fencing around our property and it looks great. Great quality work!!! They regraded our back yard as well. "This company did a first class job solving a basement foundation water infiltration problem in our commercial office building in Upper Bucks County, PA. A project manager came out to assess our situation; he came up with a proposed solution on the spot, provided us with a written proposal and sample photos of other similar work they had done. The work required excavating a small portion of the foundation on the exterior and filling a crack in the foundation wall down to the footers. The crew came out as scheduled and completed the job in a single day as predicted. Some follow up tweaks were needed, and I'm happy to say that the customer service team and follow up crew responded promptly and made some necessary adjustments to button up the job as promised. This is a first class operation and I do not hesitate to recommend this outfit to other colleagues and property owners needing this service."

"Colt’s property service has done multiple projects for me and has done a good job with all of them. Most recently he regraded underneath my deck. And replaced the old footings. It was very tight and tricky to get a machine in, but he managed with no problems. Would definitely recommend going forward."

"The master bath had to be completely gutted to the studs. It was redesigned to include a double vanity, large walk-in shower and private toilet area. The demolition crew shrink-wrapped the stairs leading to the second floor and cut 2 large pieces of the bedroom carpet which was being replaced to cover the wood flooring outside the bedroom to prevent damage. They removed everything from ceiling to floor and cleaned and vacuumed when they finished for the day. Each contractor that came into the house worked with the same care. They kept the bedroom door closed to keep dust from entering the rest of the house. They consulted with us to ensure where things were being placed met with our approval. They were all polite and respectful. It was obvious that each tradesman was proud of his work. We had a piece of stained glass we wanted inserted into the closet door with a transom above it for light. They took a flush door, inserted the glass and framed panels on it to give the same design as the rest of the doors in the room. From our initial contact with Tom who evaluated the job and worked up the quote to the final payment we can only say good things. Tom was always accessible. There was someone here working on the job nearly every day with just a few exceptions and the estimate was right in the ballpark at completion. We are so happy we chose Burke Construction, LLC and would recommend them 100%."

"Mr. John O. arrived on time and alerted me prior to his coming by phone. John went around the basement and inspected the walls and windows for moisture penetration, and signs of deterioration. He listened to my concerns and wrote a report and recommended an indoor french drain installation based on his professional judgment of the situation.
I received the report with a schematic of my basement and his assessment as a pdf on email. He included a detailed estimate for the work proposed.
I feel that I got a report and an hour of evaluation for $49 and it is fair.
