"I called Columbia NW Heating & Cooling on Monday morning, and spoke with Blake. By 2pm that same day, Dave was at my home with a quote for my new furnace. I spoke with Andrea who schedules installation and by Saturday I had a new furnace installed by Ivan. I'm telling you I have never been happier with a company regarding efficiency and their friendliness & professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone & everyone that needs the services they provide. They keep in touch via phone and follow up with text and emails. As a matter of fact, I will be calling them next year for duct cleaning. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service from the 1st call, to the finished installation...all within 1 week. I have an annual service contract for my residence with Oregon Heating and always request that Chris be my technician.  If I have to wait a little longer to get on his schedule, it's worth it!  Chris is a true pro.  He is extremely knowledgeable and always friendly, courteous and cares about the customer's needs.  I also recently used Oregon Heating and Chris to service the system in my Mother's home.  She passed away a few months ago and I am selling her house.  I needed a detailed service for the potential buyer, so I asked for Chris.  As always, he did a superior job for me and I am sure has satisfied the home's buyer.

They were also willing to install it on a solar installation that they didn't do themselves, which other solar providers were unwilling to do. They ordered the product and contacted me as soon as it came in. Scheduling was quick, they had availability to come out a few days later. They weren't able to complete the job in the time estimated due to the pitch of my roof, but Bob (co-owner) was very open and transparent about the issue.
