He was supposed to come do the work within the next ten days on a day of his convenience since I didn't need to be home. He never came. After a couple of weeks, I called him and left a message. "They arrived when they were supposed to, did the work and left. Pretty simple. They raked out all the thatch and bagged it so, we didn't have to worry about it. They then aerated the yard, and it really helped green it up. The over seeding was nice to help with the bare spots. The city of Tigard was offering a rebate/cash off our water bill if we aerated because, it creates less run off. So, we saved another $30-40 or so."
