"I had an emergency plumbing situation at my rental property that required major work. A Solution came out the same day that I called (Saturday, within 2 hours) and assessed the problem. Due to the severity of the problem of my tenant's only washroom, it was placed out of commission. To my surprise, they agreed to come out on Sunday (Father's Day) to rod out the main drian line for the washroom allowing my tenants to use the washroom until the major repair was performed. A Solution returned Monday and completed the repair. All work was done in a professional manner and met all municipal codes. After I asked the installer if he can trim it, he said he doesn’t have hand saw and cannot use his power saw to do it. He told me I will have to buy my own saw and cut it myself. That defeats the purpose of hiring and paying for a professional to do their job!"
