Once he got in there to start working he realized that the wiring was bad as well as the lights, and spent the extra time to make sure it was safe and correct before he did anything else. He also saw work a past electrician had done that was not to code and explained why and that is was a safety issue, so will be having him back soon to fix that as well as other projects.
