"Our water heater sprung a leak and proceeded to leak in our laundry room.
 I checked Angie's List that evening and sent message to Young Plumbing for service.
Young Plumbing contacted me first thing in the morning for appointment.
Two service men came out and removed old water heater and mess of wrapping around water heater.
They replaced with new water heater from their truck.  Completed all plumbing that was needed with copper tubing and added two shut off valves to help us out in the future with any plumbing problems.
The men that came out were very pleasant, quick and efficient.  They explained everything to us about the new equipment.
Also, they cleaned up everything and the laundry room looked great! . I would certainly recommend for service and response time.  The price was higher than I thought, but I am happy to have it all done within one hour without any fuss or mess.

"Terry was very quick to respond and set about scheduling people to remove the drywall, treat for mold, and another crew to repair the drywall. The only hiccup was the crew to repair the drywall did not show up on time (5 hours late one day) and cost more than originally quoted (but only by $75 so, not horrible) Overall was not as bad an experience as I thought it would have been."

"I woke up to a cold house. I called a local companyAddit. The owner Bill Sr immediately called his son Bill Jr to check out the problem. He arrived at my home and another HVAV person was there. He extended professional curtesy and waited until the other person left. I appreciated that. I thought my Heating system was gone and it being right after Christmas, this was bad timing.
