I asked Omar about what kinds of electrical issues would have caused the issue that my house was having and asked him to recommend services that might be necessary for a house that was built 21 years ago. He checked all the outlets and the sub-panel, found the problem, and repaired it. It only cost the $49 service fee. I asked about the overall safety check and he explained 4 different options that would make the electrical system in my house more efficient. He didn't pressure me to do any of them. If I only wanted a quick fix he would have done the work and been on his way for just $49. Because of his professionalism I asked for estimates for additional work and hired him to install surge protectors, etc., to make my home safer. I'm very pleased."
