I worked with 4 companies and Carlos with Air Systems was by far the most professional, informative, knowledgeable and customer focused of any of them. The proposal was detailed and informative which allowed me to know exactly what I was going to have installed. As soon as I selected the units that I wanted installed, I was given an install date ASAP. The crew showed up first thing in the morning with a box truck that had everything that was needed to complete the install. The team that worked on my house was dedicated and determined to get everything I ordered installed in one day. Carlos followed through with me off and on throughout the day to make sure everything was going as planned. The technicians remained with me until the house started cooling off. They assisted me with how everything worked and would not leave until I was 100% satisfied. Again, Air systems is the company to use."

However, after bringing up these issues, they promptly moved the heater into a better location providing proper clearances and replaced the corroded parts."

He replaced hot and cold washer Bibs shut offs and removed saddle needle shutoff of ice maker to waterline. He also checked before he left to make sure there were no leaks from work done. Total cost $200. I believe this was a fair price. I did not expect it but, he also went out of his way and took time to cut down a tree branch that was blocking the driveway which I truly appreciated. He is personal, friendly, and engaging. I recommend him for service plumbing. I am sure that I will have him do more plumbing work when needed. I am so impressed with Carlos Mora, I plan to give his business card to the Pro desk at Home Depot so that he can assist others like me who needed plumbing services.
