"I had been planning a deck for a few years and finally decided to move forward. Finding a reliable contractor was tougher than expected, a lot didn’t follow through or changed timelines. Legacy Decks stood out right away. Their website had plenty of photos, which helped since I’m not great at visualizing projects. When I met Ian, he showed up on time, was professional, and walked me through options without any pressure. He was also flexible when I chose TimberTech over Trex. They handled the permit, which made things easier. Communication was solid, they showed up when they said they would, and kept everything clean. Ian and Adam suggested going with 5 ft stairs instead of 4 ft. I went with it and it made a big difference, much easier for moving grills and furniture, and it feels more open. The deck came out great. They used high quality materials such as helical piles and decking boards for skirting and performed quality work. I’d definitely recommend them. "

"Team did incredible work on my home I?m so grateful for this team.
