"Thanks to Jim Miracle and Larry Stone for the excellent craftsmanship and professional courtesy they extended in to me on my project. They showed up promptly at the scheduled time , worked all day in the summer heat to complete my project and it was hot !!! They did an excellent job replacing my interior door and storm door which had been a problem with leaks prior to this causing damage to the flooring in front of the door inside my home. I actually fell through the floor. They repaired the flooring , it's now solid and my new doors look great ! Also , no more leaks !!! Thanks again !"

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"They basically did the inspection, but didn't repair anything at that time until we had time to talk to the insurance adjuster. They did a good job. They worked with the insurance company. They honored the price that the insurance company quoted in the estimate. The roof itself is pretty good."

"Two guys performed the work.  They cleaned the chimney flue and inspected the chimney crown and the inside of the fireplace inside the house.  They provided an estimate for repairs to the crown.  We did not have them perform the repairs because we thought the cost was high at that time.

"The project manager Troy was fantastic. He talked with the insurance company and the owner and completed work the insurance was processed. The roofing crew was clean, thorough, and polite. They did a fantastic job."
