"The entire process went great. I reached out to Sullivan Electric Services Co via their website. Floyd contacted me the following day to coordinate a site visit to develop the scope of work. Floyd came when promised to survey my request. Linda emailed the quote to me the following day and scheduled the installation as requested. On the scheduled work day Floyd and his team arrived during the agreed time window and worked until the project was complete. I am pleased with their work and definitely will use them again and can recommend their services. Also I requested for Sullivan Electric Services Co to manage the DeKalb County permitting process to keep everything legal. They did everything I asked. Excellent service."

"Great experience with BriteBox Electrical Services. Cory Henderson was professional, respectful, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. I showed him where I wanted the outlet installed, and he handled everything with precision. He took the time to protect the work area, safely shut down the circuit, and completed a clean, high-quality installation. The workmanship was excellent. I’ll definitely be requesting Cory again for future projects. Highly recommend!"

"Joshua, did a great job, and he was on time. he was professional. I do have a complaint. Joshua, had to cut a hole in the wall. I asked him if he was going to repair it and he stated they do not do patch work. If that is the case, they should hire a patch guy, that can repair and paint. Now I need to pay some one else, after paying 2,719.51 for 4 light install in the celling."

"I had three things I wanted done. Repair/replace an outside outlet, repair the connection to an overhead light switch, and exchange a ceiling fan and connect the fan to a wall switch.
