"Today we had a major upgrade to our farm. Our cabin and tool shed had electricity but our new feed shed didn't. We also only had a few outlets just to run basic things. We had looked for over a year for someone local and had gotten several estimates, but a few people we wanted to go with were not licensed. We just happened to see a rave/review about Big Frog Electric South. We called them they came right out listened to what we wanted to do and gave suggestions along with the cost. We decided to go with them and they did not disappoint. They put in all new sub-panels, and outdoor outlets all of our buildings have a ton of outlets and light switches ???. Our heating and cooling for the cabin is finally done. This was big for us. We highly recommend them, everyone was nice and friendly, and they didn't leave a mess at all. "Justin came out early that morning and assessed the damage done by the lightning storm. He agreed that I needed to install surge protectors at my breakers, and one outside as well. We also decided that we needed an additional ground for the house, since this was the second or third lightning strike in a year. Justin was very thorough during the visit, and was able to quickly perform the work. "Update from 20 Jan 2026: I`ve been a repeat customer of Keep Smiling Plumber, Electrical, Heating and Cooling in the past for several home-related repairs. After having an unfortunate experience with Keep Smiling PEHC during my most recent service, I had some misgivings about the company and whether I would return as a customer. In regards to their customer service, everyone that I`ve engaged with (technicians, onsite supervisor, receptionist) has always been professional and courteous which goes a long way with me. The issue that I had was technical in nature and left me with some dissatisfaction regarding the quality of work. After speaking with leadership of this organization Mr. Powell and Ms. Amy ,I believe that they hold the highest standards and expectations for their employees and ensure that any work-related issues are duly addressed/resolved. I can sincerely say that they have regained my confidence and trust in contacting them in the future for my future HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing home needs. The manager I spoke with told me that there wasn`t any way the damage of the pump could come from the technician doing a drain and flush of the water heater. He told me that it would cost $1200 to replace the pump on the water heater. After speaking with the manager at Keep Smiling, I called another company which I`ve seen before in the community and spoke with a plumber and explained to him what happened. The technician at the other company told me that the pump could definitely be damaged if the pump was still plugged up and not turned off while the water heater was being drained and flush. I called the manager at Keep Smiling and shared those details with him and he replied that he understands what I`m saying but there was nothing he could do about it. I told him that I don`t have any reason to lie about any of this and felt very frustrated and cheated by the fact that I went in expecting for them to do a maintenance check for $59 for plumbing but ended up spending a $1000 for new. "I called Henry County Electric and so glad I did. Before calling I did some research on my problem as well as the cost. In considering the work to be done and the cost of other estimates…..much higher!! Chris came to do the job when scheduled,quality work, also alerted me to an electrical hazard while he was there and immediately repaired it. He is now my “go to” electrician. LOOK NO FURTHER!!"
