The monitoring is more than other companies, but when you factor in the cost of the equipment, it was cheaper. They are the best customer service people I have ever used. They are quick to respond, the system is so easy to use. You can arm using an app if you forgot to arm before you left. Have key chain you can use as well to arm or disarm. Would highly recommend this company."

"Have worked with Jeremy and Larry at 1st Security for a few months now and they're great. They're far more responsive than any other alarm company I've worked with and they're focused on meeting your needs, versus endlessly trying to get you to buy more services and sensors that you might not need.
