They perform subpar work, hide behind automated phone lines when things go wrong, and will abandon you the moment they have your money. Hire a reputable contractor instead."

The first diagnosis trip was a waste of labor time. But, the next day they did a good job at repairing and testing a leaking line, although line repairs are only under a 30-day warranty. I feel that for this price the warranty for a simple line repair should be longer than 30 days. For a 30-day warranty, their final cost was about $180 higher than their competitors such as Sims, Altstadt or Bayer's. "
