"we've been using Newgrange Electric for our stand by generator for the past 5 years. very happy with the service and response. Thank you Newgrange!"

"Called JDM from an Angie's list posting on a Saturday and got John immediately on the phone (A+ for responsiveness). Told him what seemed to be the matter and he came by to see what the trouble was, en route home on a day off might I add. He took a look around, took off the breaker box covers and gave me a sense of what the troubles might be and said he'd squeeze me in on Monday morning to troubleshoot and find/fix the problem. Again, A+ for showing up. He called Monday morning first thing to confirm he was heading over with his crew - yet another A+ in my book!! John came with Marcus and Felix....very nice guys!!!! I showed them the breaker box, the various outlets/rooms that were effected and they went to work. Troubleshot the problem almost immediately as a faulty breaker but they checked some of the outlets/switch boxes all the same to ensure all was safe. They changed out the breaker and were done within 40 minutes of having arrived. I couldn't be more pleased with their work, professionalism and most of all, honesty. To that last point, they could've easily stretched out the call for a few hours and looked in every nook and cranny just to run up the clock and hourly charges but they didn't, they figured out the problem immediately and fixed it. I would hire them again in a heartbeat."

"From start to finish, Best Quality Electric delivered an exceptional, white-glove experience. The process began with a dedicated consultation that was educational, detailed, and thoughtfully planned—setting a clear vision before any work even began. The following day, the team arrived precisely on time and immediately demonstrated a level of professionalism that is rare to find. Shoe protection was used, and every floor and piece of furniture was carefully covered. Their respect for the home was as impressive as their craftsmanship. Watching the two electricians work was remarkable. They operated in perfect sequence, anticipating each other’s next step, covering every single detail with precision. Not one question went unanswered—each was met with patience, clarity, and deep expertise that inspired complete confidence. Best Quality Electric truly lives up to its name. This is not just electrical work—it’s a refined, high-standard service experience. Bold, meticulous Toptier work!"

"Very helpful, is flexible on timing, and easily explains and diagnosed our electrical issue"

"Wow, they just left and I am so beyond impressed with everything, from start to finish. Adam helped with our estimate and was a pleasure to work with. He came next day for our estimate and from there, went above and beyond to answer every single question and concern of mine, he was fair in his pricing, very timely in his responses and even remembered the layout of our home when I called a month later. They were even able to schedule the job next day due to the inclement weather. Jim and Matt arrived early and were so courteous and pleasant to work with (they were even extremely considerate of my infant's nap schedule). We had them install two new outlets for ac's and electronics and they had to snake the wires in impossible places. Jim listened to every single one of my concerns and came up with excellent solutions and they left everything in better condition than they found it. When I asked if there was another way to get the job done, he listened and offered to change his plan. It was so nice having a contractor actually listen to you and work with you. I will definitely be hiring them again - I am so glad I finally found an electrician that is respectful of an older home. Thank you Adam, Jim & Matt! You guys rock!"

"Scheduled an appt for estimate. He came Tom my house the same day with the estimate (price was (acceptable) . Made an appt, he showed up on time, made necessary repairs and the price was exactly what he quoted on the estimate"

"Brian did a great job installing my new wired doorbell. He was prompt, neat, and very professional. He presented me with a well-prepared written estimate (and by the way, I thought $750 to install a doorbell which I picked up from Lowes for only $30 was pretty steep, but I really wanted to get the job done ASAP). After the job was done he provided me with a professional digital receipt and then gave me some feedback on potential future electrical work at my house. His partner is also very nice (a little scruffy and rough around the edges, but a nice guy!). I am happy with my new doorbell. Thanks, Brian!!"

"Peter was very good in his work alongwith his assistant. Both took care of the installation of grill with three outlets. They installed conduit from the bedroom to the patio in the back to connect new kitchen grill. The conduit and wiring was done very professionally. They were very friendly and courteous."

"Work very clean is professional. Would recommend him to anyone and he is my chosen electrician."

"Moises and Edward and the crew did a repair of my facia. They told me to get PVC so it would last longer. They also repaired cracked walls and ceiling and painted. They did perfect work. Did so good I kept finding more work for them because it looked so good. They are so polite and respectful and right on time. Also they are very fair with their prices and don't push for or more work. I now consider them friends. Don't waste you're time because you won't beat their prices. They can do anything too. Bathroom, kitchen, floors. I will hire them again they are the best."
