Mario was with us every step of the way; assisting us in selecting materials and colors and accompanying us when we went to make the purchases. His work crews were punctual, efficient and did excellent work. Mario came by the house almost every day to check on progress and to make sure we were happy with the way everything was going (we were). In addition to the rest of the work we had a somewhat difficult special request that Mario was able to research and resolve to our satisfaction. We'd also like to add that the job was finished ahead of schedule. This is our second remodeling experience with Shore Points OC and both times we were totally satisfied with the results and would recommend them to others without hesitation. "It went great. Satisfied us when anything came up. Like, there were a couple punch list items, and he addressed them. Before he finished the other part of the project. I couldn't be happier with the way everything turned out. My dad is the owner of the house, but he put me there. I'm the one that got the contractor and everything, and I'm telling you it's. It looks like it was this way originally, like it grew there. I can't say enough about how great it was because we had to deal with discontinued products. And I was, now, there were a little bit of obstacles that we had to get over, but it was just, everything was done, and to complete satisfaction. I had called her because I wanted to keep it local, you know I called the contractor right in town here. On the other side of the island, northwell, and he didn't show up. And anyway, this person is Fred Quigley. He was the most personable. Response like that, and I was just like I was already sold, but then you know I could tell he knew what he was doing. "Very useful for a small remodeling project. Larger contractors weren't interested in a small remodel project. Al's Exterior Design was able to provide the labor necessary to complete an interior demolition and install new kitchen with different utility locations all rearranged and completed in a timely manner. Only mishap occurred when kitchen cabinet installer did not properly install cabinets to drawing specs. Correction was made immediately with no delay to project."
