This was important to me because the boiler sits below our family room, and the noise level of the boiler was as issue. His proposals listed several boiler options, based on heating efficiency, which were competitively priced. The installation was run by Steve, who was able to fit in the installation the next week. Steve, and his crews, were punctual and courteous, and the installation went smoothly. It's only been a week, but I am very pleased with my Bosch boiler, the quality of the work, the price paid, and the timeliness of the installation."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. Called at 10:00 am to confirm an appointment to fix my dead AC Condenser (Aug. 14 so you know I was not the only one having AC issues); Eric said he would be at the house between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm that afternoon and would call when they were on their way. Eric called at 2:15 pm, was here before 2:30 pm, he and the other technician (I forget his name, sorry) diagnosed the issue as a bad Compressor Start Capacitor and we had our AC unit back up and running before 3:00 pm!
