"Last October, my sister, an elderly veteran living alone, contracted Genie Bath Systems to remodel her master and guest baths. She was diagnosed cancer and passed before the remodel was complete. Which, to be fair as we were not able to work with Genie while attending to my sister. The contract was expensive. Very expensive. The cost of the remodel is close to 1/4th the value of her home. I noticed there were issues with the remodel that showed a surprising lack of attention to detail. Genie sent people to address the issues twice. Yet issues remain. My calls to my contact at Genie are now being ignored. Also, the only document I have for the remodel is the contract my sister signed. It is not detailed. I have and continue to ask for a breakdown of the cost. An estimate or work order. This request is also being ignored. I am disappointed and have to wonder why Genie will not provide this information. I have several other questions for Genie that I will not go into here. But based on my experience, I cannot recommend Genie. In fact I would warn anyone considering Genie to be very careful about the cost of the contract."

"Johnny and his team did a wonderful job for us! Very pleased with their service and professionalism. Overall very satisfied with the work. Construction is a difficult task, especially with remodels. There are always unknowns and sometimes surprises. Johnny was very fair and upfront on potential unknowns and we discussed a plan to work through them. If they make a mistake on the project, they made it right... no question. If I wanted to make a change, they did it. If there was a cost impact to the project from my change we talked about it, got a price on it and moved ahead. They were always very accommodating and helpful with ideas. I would hire them again (and have!) BN"

"We are extremely happy with the results of our new kitchen. Manuel was super polite, professional and did an outstanding job with everything. The cabinet crew came in and knocked everything out within a few hours. Nick was patient and helpful throughout the entire process and he coordinated everything from start to finish. The price was so reasonable, we couldn't let the opportunity pass us up. especially since we also redid the half bath and the laundry room. We will definitely be seeking GNI services again for future renovations. In the end we are 100% satisfied with the results."
