"I highly recommend without any reservations AAA Tile Masters. The work I requested to have done was to clean, reseal and polish my Travertine tile. From the beginning starting with a prompt reply and then a timely and accommodating appointment set-up by David to come out and give me a quote. The quote was reasonable and fair. An agreed upon day was scheduled and they (David & Angel) arrived right on-time as scheduled. The scope of the work they would do was explained first and then the work was done. The quality of their work was excellent. David was very friendly and easy to work with. He was knowledgeable on what needed to be done with my tile. Angel also was quite knowledgeable and knew what he was doing as well. They worked well together as a team. They consistently included me from start to finish informing me of every aspect of what they were doing and why. After they had finished we did a final inspection. A few days after the job there was some touch up that needed to be done. David without hesitation and as soon as possible scheduled an appointment to take care of this. He consulted with me first on what needed to be touched up. He completed the touch up work that needed to be done in a thorough and exceptional manner. "After Hurricane Harvey flooding and the subsequent repairs to our home, our tile floors were in deplorable shape. Todd and Tylar were AWESOME to work with. The were very collaborative. They explained to us every step of the process and kept us in the loop though out. I would hire their team in a minute if we required any more work of this type. While the cost was not insignificant, it was reasonable. That was topped off by their services being preformed in an efficient and timely manner. "I looked at many tile companies on Angie's List, looked in the yellow pages, and went to many tile stores. I liked samples I saw, but didn't find what I wanted, so made my own design. When I would ask for estimates on installing what I wanted, they were reluctant saying it might cost a lot because I was mixing tiles la-ti-da. Alberto came and saw the tile and design I had and gave me a great estimate (and also told me how much and what kind of mortar and grout was needed as I had no idea). I chose him to do the work and am really glad I did. Alberto and Jose did a fantastic job matching my design perfectly. My floor is absolutely beautiful (Alberto took several pics for his portfolio!) and the grouting in the kitchen and bathroom is clean and white. He was a very quiet, pleasant man to work with and appears to take great care and pride in his work, and his niece Gabby (who helps translate) is also a very nice lady to work with.
