Majority of problems caused by negligence of tenants who did not run the system regularly or periodically to keep lines open coming out of and during drought. Previous renting tenants also covered up section with tarp that had worst problems due to settling of dirt and small pebbles around and under the head. I will also use them for stone path from patio to fence gate where grass has died out in back.. They are very honest, on time and care about your property, which is a very rare thing these days from many service companies."
