"We bought our home in 2020. History showed it was flipped back in 2012. The roof was replaced with single layer shingles but not the decking. It was as old as the home which was originally built in 1976. March 2024 the roof started leaking in several spots and insurance said they wouldnâ t cover its replacement. They were thorough and took great care in clearing the old roof and cleaning up any debris or trash.
