"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"The price was fair and they were able to start almost immediately. Asked the installer multiple times to cover his work area as to not scratch our new wood floors. Of course, he scratched the floors in multiple places. Attempted to contact the owner and he was non responsive on the issue. The unit was installed in September, come October and need to turn the heat on for the first time and there was loud clanging and metal noises. Called to have someone from this company service the unit on Friday afternoon and was told that “it isn’t that cold that it would be Monday before we could look at it” (it was 40 degrees and this is a BRAND NEW unit). Brought up that had we went with a larger company they would send someone out and they do not work after hours or weekends and was basically told you get what you pay for. I would not use this company again in the future. Will probably regret making this post when we need service again in the future."

"Enter request on Home Adviser on a Sunday morning not expecting the repair to be made that day. They called quickly came out in about an hour and fixed my home AC. I was worried it would be an expensive repair but they found the issue quickly and it ended up costing right at $200 ($135 for the part and the rest for the service call out and repair). Couple of good knowledgeable guys. Happy it wasn t a more expensive repair."

"CHW was very responsive to our urgent need! We filed a claim the evening prior when we notices our A/C was blowing warm air into the rooms. Then by 8AM the next day, we had a call from the service technician saying he was on his way to address the issue! CHW worked with the technician to find out the compressor was the culprit and approved it's repair! Great customer service for a family in need during the hot south central Texas summer!"

"All started with my air conditioner not working, he came out quickly resolved the issue and we discussed how much a new system would cost, since mine was showing its age and wasnt a clean install. he shot me a price i thought was rather fair and had them install a new system. they were on time, quick, friendly, and professional. the new install looks good and clean. i would recommend."

"Awesome company! Very thorough and installed 2 new complete systems. Great job! Cleaned after install. Would highly recommend.."

"It went great! I found Tim Snodgrass on home advisor. He contacted me in a timely fashion and set up an appointment. When he came out he was very professional and ask some very good questions as he evaluated what I had and what I needed. He had a very competitive bid (I received two) Installation was fast. He checked air flow and temperature of the air at vent to make sure the unit was performing correctly. I was very impressed. I would recommend Velvet Ridge Services and will definitely use him in the future."
