I can’t begin to tell you how much we appreciate them and will be using them in the future!!!"

"Only thing they did themselves was the patio ceiling & French drain for my project. Acted as hiring contractor for all the other work. Overall project was a success, but I didn't appreciate how the lead crewman/ owner spoke to his employee. Subcontractors that were hired were excellent."

"NW Builders & Renovation is the best that Portland has to offer. Tops in professionalism is Max, who was our point man for the roof project. He uses only the best materials, top of the line building and roofing materials make our job one that will last for a lifetime. I have confidence in Max, he was always there for any questions I had and when I had an unexpected disaster - a ceiling fell on me, he was right there, offering to come to my house and help me, in my hour of need, he was there. He finished the job with time to spare, and they did a thorough, excellent job. Now I have no fear of rainstorms making my roof leak, I can confidently decorate my home and know that the roof won't leak or fall in. Not only did they do a thorough and excellent job, they cleaned up all the mess that was left over after finishing. If I had to do it all over again, I would definitely choose NW Buildlers & Renovation and Max. my favorite go to roofing guy."

"After getting quotes, hiring a company & later firing that company to build us a deck under our deck, we were really defeated thinking our very sloped useless backyard would really ever have usable space. I found a recommendation for Mike at MG Exteriors on Happy Valley Chit Chat and gave them a call. He came out quickly for my quote (not a salesperson but the owner) and quoted us on the spot. He also looked at my existing deck & recommended we protect that one pre-construction of the new one (it was only 2 yrs old but already looked sad. We received a fair quote (less than the 'fired' company) and they were able to start us quicker due to a cancellation. Construction was in time, they were punctual, clean and ALWAYS available for questions. Highly recommend!!"

"Pacific Floors guys installed our new hardwood floor and kitchen tile. The work performed by Pacific Floors was top notch and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking at installing new floors or tile. Our Portland house looks great and it is all due to their craftsmanship, attention to detail and quality control. We could not be happier!"
