During the initial visit, his work caused damage to a pocket door in the same wall, leaving visible scratches that were not present before the repair. After the damage was reported, his responsiveness dropped significantly. Messages frequently went unanswered, and it became difficult to get clear replies or timelines. He did return once and patched and sanded the damaged area, but the scratch remained visible and the area was not painted. On the day of the appointment, he did not show up and did not notify us. Messages sent that day went unanswered, and we only reached him later by phone, when he said he had family issues. Because the repair remained incomplete and communication continued to be unreliable, we hired another professional."
