"Alyssa did an outstanding job scoping the work, presentation options, and working with us to define the solution. Brandon and Raymond did a great job removing the old windows and doors and installing the new doors and windows. They arrived on time as promised, demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the building structure and how they had to install the windows and doors, maintained a clean work area, and explained what they were doing. They paid attention to the details that make the difference between good and great."

"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

"Douglass and he’s wife did a very good job on my Broken door they fixed it like new at a very reasonable price too. I would hire them again!"

"We enjoy our new windows so far. There was an issue when they were installed, where one window didn’t operate. I’m not sure how this wasn’t caught by them during the install. I called them to have it fixed, which it was but only after 2 months. Installers and salesperson was nice to deal with though."

"A million thanks to America Glass , Marco , his father and Todd . Being recently widowed I was navigating a situation ( a leaking window ) that would have been something my late husband would have dealt with . I was treated honestly and respectfully by everyone I had contact with , not to forget being made to feel at ease with their polite and friendly manner.. The work was completed in a competent and timely manner . They left my home tidy and clean . I will certainly use this company again if I require similar work and would definitely recommend them to anyone . Thank you all again ."

"The team (Crisanto, Daniel, Andy) did a great job installing a new window at our home. Great communication from the team. And they took good care of the house. Most importantly, the window looks fantastic!"

"They did an excellent job on a windshield chip repair. I would use them again without hesitation."

"Jeramie is an expert in the craft of laying tile. He make sure everything is shimmed to be perfectly parallel, perpendicular, and plum. He identified a leak problem around my bathtub die to grout cracking. He carefully chiseled out the grout that should not have been at the tub/wall, or the tub / floor junction, cleaned everything up and replaced with beautifully done caulking. He figured out why my tub seemed to be leaking water to one corner. It was not level. He saw that the glass doors were not parallel to the wall because the wall was not square. He found the tiling had been done on drywall not cement board and had swelled because of multiple cracks in the grout. He replaced the damaged dry board next to the tile, checked the plumbing to the tub and sealed it up again with meticulous plastering and smoothing, painting. He had to cut a new piece of tile from a 12 x 12, the only thing I had, to finish the job. Skylight water damage: he and Kevin removed a huge piece of drywall from the well of a 4 x 4 skylight that had leaked. It looks as though it never happened now. They worked with my family member who lived in the house navigating their complicated work schedules, would come at the time appointed, whether early or late, work very professionally, and respectfully. Jeramie presents his clear itemized work and cost plan, which is carefully written out day by day what would be done. This is a very professional worker who goes far beyond being a Tile expert. I will engage them now to repair my front porch in a 1905 house, because they are good carpenters as well. They know about plumbing issues and bathroom, remodels, and spontaneously agreed to take on cutting a hole in granite to place a Vessel sink in an unrelated, unlisted project.they work with care, stay as long as it takes to do the job right. Important lâ y, they listen to my ideas and suggestions. Well done. Elaine"

"I am very pleased with his work. Trustworthy and honest. He will be changing windows in my other rental properties."

"Excellent. I have used Chosen Wood Window Maintenance twice now and would never go elsewhere. If you have an older home as I do (1920s) with original windows, this is the place to go if you need restoration or repairs! Very efficient in providing an estimate for the work I needed and got me on the schedule in a very timely manner. They were very accommodating and even showed up early after I mentioned I would need to be leaving for work at a specific time of day. Flawless."
