They placed tools directly on our newly remodeled bathroom surfaces, causing scratches. Worse, the glass shower was measured incorrectly. Instead of addressing the mistake, they tried to force it to fit--cutting into our quartz and causing visible damage. They also chipped the quartz on the inside of our shower. When we contacted them immediately about the chipped quartz, they denied responsibility and claimed it was already like that. It absolutely was not. To top it off, one of the owners showed up wearing an extremely offensive hat--completely unprofessional and inappropriate. We stopped the job once we saw the damage, and while they did issue a refund, the work was incomplete and we're now left to fix their mistakes. Do not hire or trust this company."
