They worked on a range of things, including floor tile replacement; carpentry & painting of exterior trim, panels & balcony; kitchen cabinet painting; drywall repair; outside sidewalk paver repair; stucco repair on exterior wall and some handyman stuff like sliding doors. Their work was competent, efficient and very professional. They have multiple skills, all good. In particular the work on floor tiles & kitchen cabinet painting was excellent. Pricing was reasonable. "Frank and his assistant Colby arrived promptly on schedule and inquired as to my concerns regarding roof leaks. Upon inspecting the 16 year old roof, they immediately and accurately identified multiple damaged areas and set about repairing one leak on the spot. As the more seriously damaged area required significantly more work, they agreed to return with the needed supplies to complete the job, which they did. As most homeowners, I have had many dealings with service providers over the years and seldom have I experienced the level of integrity and professionalism exhibited by this company. Frank advised me of the expected lifespan remaining in the roof and rather than try to sell me other than what was necessary, he did the repairs for a reasonable price in a timely manner. There are a lot of people offering rescreening, I chose Greg Oates because of his experience and his professionalism.  Greg is busy with many job sites but always responded to my calls, he made notes of the work to be done and followed up with me when his crew discovered something unseen. He worked on my house as if it was his own and pointed out issues with the existing gutters and screen doors, and added bracing to the existing structure.  Greg has a crew that performs most of the work, but he supervised the job site and came in to do the finishing, inspection, and ensure a quality job.  When he pointed out the deficiencies in one of the screen doors, he worked with me to develop a plan to replace the door, frame, and screening. Greg came back to the house and completed the replacement.  When his crew pointed out some weak spots in the gutter attachment on the house, they volunteered to attach them correctly.  This was not pushy salesmanship, but genuine attention to construction quality ? exactly what I expected of the work.  Affordable screening was neither the most expensive, nor the least expensive bid, but Greg and his crew have great customer service and professional experience that provide value I can count on.

"Exactly as planned without a single hitch. A clip had somehow become flipped up during installation resulting in a very small but immediately noticable leak. I called Eric Payne and the crew showed up the next day to implement a complete repair. Additionally, and I think most telling of their attention to detail and customer focus is this; During the normal course of a standard roof replacement, it was discovered that there was major wood decay and rot that caused extensive mold and other visible/structural damage. The THR crew never skipped a beat. They brought in additional supplies and effected a complete repair."

"Anderson Brothers Roofing was one of four contractors to respond to my request for two re-roof projects in 2018. I wanted a local, well established and licensed contractor to do the jobs. Anderson Bros is licensed in Florida for roofing and is also a certified general contractor, which was a bonus. AB came in the lowest out of the four (one bid was off the charts too high). I hired Anderson Bros after interviewing Mike from the company, a really good guy and knowledgeable too. Both re-roof jobs were delivered on time and on budget. Very satisfied with Anderson Brothers Roofing. Hired them to do additional insurance work that required a GC certification."
