Mr. Santiago explained to me in detail what may be causing the problems with backup in the toilets, tub, and shower. I was a little frustrated because of the situation at my home he made me feel comfortable and assured me that he will take care of the issues. Mr. Santiago provided me the estimate to complete the job he ask me would I like him to perform the task of making a evaluation on the sinks, tub, shower, and toilets with in the ? home he check the water levels, and flow everything on home was not working properly so he proceeded outside and he checked the lines opened the main water sources removed the caps and the water was over flowing he explained to me that he would like to clear the lines and give me the price to complete the jobs i agreed with the price which I felt was reasonable for the job. He completed the job and he informed me that the main lines was full of toilet paper a lot of paper. Mr Santiago did an excellent job and resolve the problems at my home I can sleep tonight because the problems has been fix. "I contacted Florida Solar East via the internet to get some information on heating my swimming pool. The owner of the company (Ronnie Brewer) came to my house and measure my pool and the roof for an exact fit. He was very professional and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the
FAFCO pool system.In a timely manor a crew came to install the system, they were very professional and installed the panels very quickly. It looks very clean. All in all I would recommend Florida Solar to any of my friends or anybody who would ask me about them."

"I have been using their services for about ten years. With their service contract, they have no deductible. The government calls for a 13 seer so that we don't use a lot of electricity. With my service contract, I could have replaced the unit with a 13 seer for free. I upgraded to a 15 seer with this installation and I paid out of pocket, but I received a credit for it from Service of America. I received five estimates from others. They were not the lowest, but they were reasonable. They gave me as discount as well because I had been a member with them. Two technicians came out in the morning for the installation and completed the work within that day. They had to install a new concrete slab that was about five inches thick outside and then tied the new unit down. They had to install the electric for the unit as well. They cleaned everything up when the job was complete. They even provided me with several free air filters. I have had no complaints with them at all. They are very responsive and quick, especially when it is an emergency for heat or air. They are a very good company and I like them."
