"Jeffries Building has been amazing. Their work is meticulous and their level of service goes above and beyond the call of duty. I have used them for repair on my front stoop in historic district, as well as additional water remediation in my basement. I plan to use them for several additional projects. They are fair in price and completely reliable. This is not my first experience with contractors, but it is without a doubt, the best."

"Best home Improvement service I ever use"

"Inson worked with us on our home in the Hamptons and house in San Francisco. He brings an extraordinary combination of very high end style personalized for our tastes; access to special deals from the most elite and sought after designers; and a sense of working within the budget you have in mind. We were able to get museum quality pieces for both homes at unbelieveable discounts. Inson also continues to provide important follow up services as needed. For example, we had a fabric issue with our 40 outdoor chairs that developed after the warranty. The cost to change would have been tens of thousands of dollars but the manufacturer handle the out of warranty issue at no cost to us, which I believe was due to inson’s relationship and advocacy on our behalf. He’s terrific."

"Angelo is great and is willing to go above and beyond your expectations to give you a great look and experience with the contracting job. He is a responsive contractor and if he misses you, he will follow up right away before the job gets started to make sure that all the plans are set. He is present and constantly checking in with the clients and the contracting crew to make sure things are going as scheduled. When the work is completed making sure that everything was to my liking. everything is going well. His team works very well and are focused on the details. They made sure to get all the right materials for the job, to the right of flooring and grout for my shower, to the best kind of paint and the color scheme that works best in a finished basement During a painting job when I asked what works best from a contractors view Angelo gave me a suggestion that made the rooms look even better than I thought it would. He is always working to give you best outcome for any job he takes on. I highly recommend Charles Renovations for any contracting work. Angelo and his team are exceptional!"

"Mike did a fantastic job! I initially reached out to him to paint an apartment and wound up having him also replace a kitchen and renovate a bathroom. Both results exceeded my expectations! Great attention to detail."

"It went very well. They are very good. Their timing is great. There have been a couple times when my son was parked in the driveway and we had to reschedule but it was no problem. Every time they come out they make sure everything is done. They are very fast. The service is super!"
