"We started with windows and gutters. Jake, our sales man was very flexible with schedule. We have difficult schedules and he was here until dark answering our questions. All nine windows were installed in 5 hours. They did all the set up, paperwork and clean up. When we found a small tear in the screen on one of the windows and they repaired it. "Of the contractor's we had come out to give us a bid on the painting, I was sure The Paint Doctor would be the highest bid. Surprisingly, not! In fact, the experience from beginning to end was top notch. Joe, the estimator, was very friendly and gave us many choices on the kind of Sherwin Williams paint to choose from. After he inspected the house, he went to his car & put the whole proposal together for us. We were concerned about our metal barrel shingles and being sure the painter would know where to step in order not to dent the shingles. Joe assured us that their painters were familiar with this type of shingle and there would be not problem. Martin did everything from the power washing to causing, painting and staining. He did an excellent job and you could tell he took pride in his work. We are happy to recommend The Paint Doctor to anyone and felt the pricing was excellent."

"Everything went well. 4 windows and a patio door replaced. I called with the approximate window sizes (after having another contractor out who wanted way to much money for the windows.) They listened to exactly what I wanted and never tried to "up-sell" me into things I didn't want or need. After a quick discussion, my husband and I decided to go with them. They came out to verify sizes and sign the contract order. pricing came in right what I was estimated over the phone which is always good news. Once the windows were in we got delivery scheduled. They got all 4 windows and a patio door in within about 4 hours. They had several installers come so they could be done ASAP. I am very pleased with the windows, the service and that anytime I had questions I could send a text and ask. We will be using them again if we ever have more windows, siding or roofing issues. "We called John from Improvement Pros to restain our deck but realized that the wood was in worse shape than we thought so he ended up practically replacing the whole deck.  He was meticulous with his work and knew what he was doing.  He also replaced some rotten wood on my front door and since he was from North Carolina I figured he was familiar with that kind of problem.  Who would have thought that we would have so much rotten wood problems in Colorado since we live in such a dry area.  
John was very professional and whatever changes we wanted or anything we didn't like was met with a "yes ma'am" every time. The weather caused the project to take longer than what I had anticipated but we are very happy with the finished deck and I think we got a very good price compared to what other neighbors were paying for their deck.  
All in all, I would use Improvement Pros again.
