After the storm passed, I called Mike and explained the whole thing and asked his advice since now we're a pitri dish for mold. Mike offered to send his guys back out to re-treat our home for free and consider it covered by warranty, even though it would have been easy and obvious to consider this new water damage not covered by warranty.
