A quick online search showed that I was charged many times more for the same or similar parts available at Home Depot or other hardware stores. For example, I was charged $265.88 for a 16? rubber door gasket that cost $31 at Home Depot. $244 each for 2 16? brackets that cost less than $20 at HD. And there were other inflated costs too. Very disappointed with A1 Garage, and as a senior I feel exploited. "

AZA Repair & Brenovations HVAC Are the Worst Landmark sent AZA Repair for my refrigerator, and they left it worse than before?still not working, scorch marks from a blowtorch, copper lines sticking out, tools and oil left behind, and no receipt. Then Landmark sent Brenovations HVAC for an AC motor replacement, and that turned into exposed wires, bolts hitting fan blades, missing parts, and complete disregard for safety near my kids? play area. Both companies were unprofessional, negligent, and refused accountability. Landmark?s use of these contractors makes me seriously question the value of having a home warranty at all."
