Crew decided most of the digging work had to be done by hand, which was very nice of them because they had to dig a ditch for one system completely by hand and another ditch from my house almost to the street. "Our front exterior water spigot broke off while we were out of town one evening, and the main water to the house had to be shut off until it was fixed. I appreciated how quickly Gary's Plumbing was able to respond, and that they didn't charge extra for the after-hours call out. The technician who came to my house assessed the situation quickly and was able to clearly explain and price out all of our available options and make a recommendation. (We were in the middle of Montana dealing with a flat tire at literally the same moment I was on the phone with him, so having someone who could be efficient in explaining and carrying out the work was a huge relief to us.) The price seemed a bit steep but I don't have anything to compare it to -- we obviously didn't have time to get multiple quotes; we needed to get the water to our house turned back on. We had used Gary's twice before at our previous house and were happy with their service, so price wasn't necessarily as import to me as the peace of mind of knowing that the issue would be handled."
