"Called in the morning and the tech arrived the same day. Tyler was knowledgeable, prompt and professional. He explained what he had diagnosed and ordered the parts necessary to make the repair. He return the next business day on time and repaired our furnace. What I found that was exceptional, is that not only did Tyler diagnose and repair the furnace promtly, he pointed out that the thermostat we had was not the correct thermostat for our 2 stage furnace. Which by the way was the thermostat that had been installed by the company that installed the furnace. Tyler took the time to show me how to replace the thermostat and gave me handwritten step by step directions. "This is the second bathroom remodel George has done for me. It came out just as beautiful as my Guest BR. He installed new tile in my shower with a shower seat , new exhaust fans, moved an electric outlet, plumbing, vinyl plank flooring, painting. It was a total redo. The countertop and shower glass installers were both amazed at the quality of his work which is seldom seen and wanted his contact info. He also saved me the time and expense of hiring a handyman. He changed all my doorknobs in my home, rekeying the front door, hung storage organizers in my garage, and touched up walls damaged from installation of plantation shutters. "The job went excellent. Shay repaired about 100 lineal feet of fencing that had blown down. He placed new posts in new concrete. Did all new framing and even got me a great deal on the fence boards from a local supplier rather than paying over double at the big box stores. He really cares about doing a great job and is meticulous and makes sure everything is done right instead of trying to rush through it. I woukd absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for work done around their home or property. I'll be hiring him to rebuild my deck this spring as well!"

"I know I overpaid for this service but was happy to as we were in escrow. Mark Nikolin responded within an hour to our initial inquiry and started work that afternoon. He also facilitated the paint match and texture of the repair. It looks great and the buyer can't even tell it was repaired. Only drawback, I spent several hours the next two days cleaning up the drywall dust and texture overspray on numerous surfaces. Would have awarded 5 stars across the board with a good cleanup job."
