We bought a rustic cabin, with no water line, drainage, vents, etc. for most appliances (including a dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge). He installed the plumbing and ventilation systems for ALL THREE appliances, and also fixed a leak in our sink. Not to mention he fixed a problem we had assembling the pipes for a new bathroom vanity. FINALLY, Alex assembled and built out the plumbing for an extremely large and cumbersome dog bath in our basement, as well as found specialty parts that the bath required.
