"We hired Polion Flooring when we bought our house because my parents had used them years prior and been very happy with the results. The previous owners had foam tile in each of the bedrooms with no floor underneath. Bob was super responsive and provided a very reasonable estimate for the three bedrooms worth of work. He was able to come 3 days after our closing which was unheard of with other companies! We provided the flooring and they installed it in all three rooms within two days and even were willing to install baseboards that were missing in the other rooms for a small extra charge. They are professional, efficient, and very down to earth! I would 10/10 recommend them!"

"We took out the old tiles, removed the toilet and baseboards, and bought the tile before they came to do the installation. The work was done on 9-01-16. When I went to wash off the remaining haze a couple of days later, I discovered that the tiles were two different shades. It was obvious when they were on the floor. The person doing the installation should have seen this. We think he did but, since he didn't speak any English, might not have known how to communicate that to us. We called Pacific Stone & Tile and they said that they would come and replace the tiles that needed to be replaced. We could not match either shade of tile and had to buy two more boxes with a different shade number. Twice an appointment was made and canceled. The third one, 9-26-16, was kept and they redid the whole floor with the new tile. Before they started, all of the tiles were laid out on the garage floor to check for any variations. We had to buy the material to install the tiles, but they did not charge for any additional labor. The floor was checked before they left and everything looks fine. Tomorrow I will wash down the tiles to remove any haze and we can start thinking about getting everything back together again."

"The house was a bit of a challenges because there were multiple woods (oak, maple, and pine). Getting a stain to match across all these woods wasn't easy. We were also between a few colors, so it was hard to decide. Anh was very accommodating and gave us samples from the workshop as a starting point. We got a shortlist from that, which he then put as samples on the floor so we could really see what it would look like. We made lots of iterations which he was happy to do. The crew finished the work in less than a week. They were prompt and available when promised. Every day they cleaned up their work. In short, we're very happy with the results. Anh was also one of the more reasonable quotes from the list of 4 that we received (his quote was clear/concise and prompt). He was also a referral from a friend, so that made our choice even easier."

"Masters Carpet Care did a fantastic job and made my home livable again. I have an elderly dachshund who urinated on our couch and another recliner that was absolutely covered in dog hair and oils. They came in and made them both look (and smell!) new again. They cleaned out tile and grout and had it back to white (it was supposed to be white?!) and sealed it as well so it is protected going forward. They've saved me before cleaning out (another) puppy "accident" from my carpets right before my wedding and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone in the area in need of help. "Roldolfo responded very quickly and was able to accommodate our immediate timeline. He was always on time, very friendly, accommodating, and easy to work with. His skim-coating around two newly installed windows was terrific, and he was kind enough to repair a few additional anchor holes we added after he had begun. That being said, my husband and I fixed several deficiencies with the painting we only noticed after he had left. In a few places, it looked like only one coat of paint was used on the walls and the trim, as a few spotty areas still showed some of the plain white primer underneath – as if the rollers were not sufficiently loaded with paint. It produced a slightly splotchy, uneven appearance close up. We touched up some drips on the radiators too. Once we added another coat of paint ourselves, in specific places, it looks beautiful. My husband and I wanted the job finished ASAP so we could put all the furniture back, so we did it ourselves...although based on his responsiveness Rodolfo would likely have offered to fix the problem areas if we had requested it. Personally I would not hire them again, but if you need a job done very quickly, he’s capable."
