The first was a second-story deck off of the master, with a vaulted screened room and a spiral stair leading down to the patio area. The roof lines complimented the existing roof beautifully. The second project was a 3-phase building: â ¢ Phase 1 was my 45'x30' woodworking studio with 24' vaulted ceiling. This is a metal building;. â ¢ Phase 2 added a 2-story 20' x 30' one bdrm 2 bath apartment to the back of the studio, including floor to ceiling glass windows on the back side. â ¢ Phase 3 will be converting the structure into a 4-bdrm house when I am no longer able to do this work.
