"We recently hired Affordable Renovation Services to install a door in an upstairs closet to gain access to attic space over the garage. It was somewhat complicated because duct work had to be moved, and steps installed to get from the upstairs closet to the attic floor which was lower than the closet. From the beginning it was a pleasure working with the company. Communication was excellent during the entire project. I left a message and received a call back the same day to set an appointment for an estimate on the project. The Field Manager showed up on the scheduled day, and was even a few minutes early. I received a very detailed estimate the following day. After deciding to go with this company, a start date was set and the project was completed ahead of schedule. During the whole process I was in constant communication with the Field Manager who kept me updated on when he and/or sub-contractors would arrive, etc. The job was done perfectly, and I will not hesitate to contact them again for any future projects I would like completed."

I had chosen a sink that was delayed in being delivered because of COVD-19. He worked with us on that and got everything done within the time frame he had given us. "It was a fantastic job. I really didn’t know what I needed or what would be best. Eli guided me to what was best for me. He used fence posts, fill dirt and sand. Then he spent a lot of time leveling it. Then when the pool was delivered he and his crew (including his Dad...I could see where he got his work ethic from) set up and filled the pool. It was very difficult to get wrinkles out of the bottom but they did. They cleaned off my back porch while they were filling the pool. He trimmed my trees also. Eli had a lot of equipment at his disposal that helped with the installation. I can’t wait to get in the pool with my granddaughter and stay cool this summer. I am VERY satisfied with CQS Construction! He was very fair on the price and I feel I got more than I paid for. I will use this company again."
