"We had some bad luck recently with our home that has 2 air conditioner units. They both needed replacing just 1 1/2 months apart. After researching, we selected AM Aire as we found Andrew to be the most honest AC Technician!! He replaced our first unit and even though we had to wait for a part for 5 days in Florida heat for Andrew to replace our 2nd unit , we selected him again even though another company could have installed a new one sooner. Definitely worth the wait, Andrew is professional, extremely knowledgeable, and most impressively HONEST!!!! Had another company out for a consult who tried to upsell unnecessary items that did not need repair! We will definitely be using AM Aire for ANY air conditioner issues. "Had Darren install a new unit and duct work in my house about a year ago. I am now about to call him to get a annual service done and wanted to post about my service and experience with Darren and his team. I had a great experience Darren was very good and I felt confortable with him after getting 4 quotes. He is not the cheapest and definitely not the most expensive but I believe the quality of the work is by far worth the extra cost. Darren was good and he and his team member were very professional. Darren even took the time to walk me through the warranty process with the A/C manufacture to ensure all the paper work was correct in order to get the warranty. I would highly recommend Gulfside A/C for good quality work. They did my job in less than 2 days for a full replacement with ducts included and they even ran additional air outlets. I am about to call Darren to get my yearly service so again I would highly recommend these guys."

"Ken the SWINDLER,troubleshooted my unit&quoted me $1,200 flat.Less than 24hrs before the job,he tried to jack up the price.He made an existing hairline crack in my drip pan worse,causing water to leak all on my floor,then refused to take responsibility.His excuse: ?It was already cracked.? He wanted to charge me for the damage HE caused.He discovered my parts were under warranty(including the drip pan)he then ?owned up? to replacing it,acting like he was a hero.He brought me the incorrect fan relay,he left to switch it out.Disappeared for 2hrs,calls and lies about the place being closed when he left the incorrect fan relay at my house.Was promised a hard start kit for free if my breaker tripped.It tripped twice.Instead of honoring his word,he tried to push me off to an electrician&told me to start saving $8,000 for a brandnew system on a unit thats 3.5yrs old.He denied ever making the offer,admitted it later then ghosted me.Stay away unless you want A BREATHE OF FRESH PROBLEMS."

"Dishonest company. At first we thought this was an honest company with respectable owners and employees. I am very sad to report how wrong we were. They recently came here for maintenance and said that we needed a part replaced for over $700. We refused the part because of the price (the owner of the house is on a fixed income), but they said we needed the part and we could pay later. As I was looking over the paperwork for my mom of all their past visits and supposed maintenance , I realized how much they had been ripping her off by charging her extra maintenance fees when she should?ve had free maintenance up until the year 2026 after a full system install and full duct replacement. Every time they come for a maintenance visit they suggest thousands of dollars of work that needs to be done. "
