"Our roof took 4 days to complete. The workmanship was excellent. Since we live in Florida, we get storms almost daily this time of year. JAT roofers know how to install a roof in these conditions, ensuring everything is coverable on a moment's notice and when they leave for the day, everything is water tight ... each day. We had rain on 2 of the 4 installation days, yet no leaks. The roofers themselves were professional, very careful, and extremely hard working (three 12+ hour days) JAT admin office personnel are also top notch. We live in a "fastidious" (picky) HOA community. JAT was wonderful to work with through the initial roof project documentation process. JAT was VERY patient. We had excellent updates on schedules and what we needed to do. All permit and inspections were handled by JAT and done within 24-48 hours of work completion. We definitely recommend JAT Roofers. "

"I interviewed seven different roofing companies before I chose to sign a contract with Universal Roofing and Contracting. I was especially impressed with their representative, Jason Serrano. He answered all of my questions, but more importantly, he LISTENED to what I wanted. The contract I signed was specifically tailored to MY needs; it wasn't some standard job. It took a few weeks after I signed to get the right permits, but then the project moved quickly. Michael Ramos served as my project manager, and he kept me informed as the roof was put on. He showed me photos of the damaged spots, and of the completed work. I was pleasantly surprised that the actual work was completed in only one day (I have a very large roof on my 2,100 square foot one story house.) "Dave, our sales rep, went above and beyond, by coming to our home to cut our new downspout so the heavy water flow would be rerouted away from the house. He didn't charge us and helped us out as the All Gutters Inc who Ecmr used for our gutters, wanted $150 to make the cut. Dave brought all the right tools and was pleasant as he repaired their work. We love our new metal roof and we appreciate Dave and everyone at Ecmr who make dealing with them a real pleasure."

They were able to place an emergency tarp for me with short notice when everyone was scrambling after a hurricane. Their workers are very hardworking and do an excellent job.
