From the beginning, dealing with Greg Rocklein (941) 735-2179, as a salesman, he was not pushy, was courteous, personal-able, and gave a bottom line quote up front. We recommend you give him a call for a quote! We shopped 7 other businesses in the Tampa area that quoted up to $14,000 more than Lipton. We wanted a company that was honest and does quality work with quality people and that is exactly what we got with Lipton Window and Door. We dealt with several people within Lipton and the continued quality of customer service did not waiver. Tim Lipton came out to do a final measure and assured me that I would not have to remove mounted indoor shutters. Missy kept in constant contact with communication on install, appointments and inspection. Jeff was timely in fixing a repair before inspection. Mike was timely in removing stickers and following up on inspection requirements. Charlie was capable in sending us the information needed to file with TECO. Tanner and Gunner were able to complete a 17 window installation in 1 day! They were courteous, neat and overall pleasant to have at our home for the day.
