However, because it was their mistake, they were able to come to the house after 5 pm so that I didn't have to miss work again for the installation. What started out as a back door, new deck, and roof estimate - turned into a major home repair of the sill of our back wall and a new door! The estimate they gave us was spot on with what they did. We added additional concrete work when we realized the foundation stones needed fortifying. Our workers Nate and Jared were respectful, prompt, quiet, hardworking professionals who spent a day working in the pouring rain! "The service call was placed on 12/10; vendor callled same day but was unable to respond until 12/14. He was prompt and declared the faucet was unreparable.. I asked if he could not try to repair but he said he cold not do that because if it din'fix the problem he could not replace the faucet. He stated that the replacement would not be exact but similar. My faucet had separaate lever for turn on/off but he said the replacement would probably be part of the sprout. We did not really appreciate this but he offered no probable favorable solution.. Not happy with response time but realize a close to weekend call caused this. Did not appreciate not even attempting repair."
