It sat for 5 1/2 years after a destructive foreclosure. There was no bathroom! Everyone Loves my bathroom now. The house looks Modern and heâ  s SO professional and comfortable and has been working on my home for well over a year so we pitched him keys to the house. I slept in the other day while him and his crew, always making sure my cats donâ  t get out, installed my laundry room floor. Never thought something like that could happen! Grade A work! Im So Proud of my house! This guy Checks My House to assure itâ  s sound and safe! The addition was attached to the original house. My roof was stressed and leaking. He â  tiedâ  (their lingo) the 2 lil houses together. Now Iâ  m saving up for him to do the roof. I flipped and remodeled 4 homes of my own when I was younger. This guy is the best. I humbly admit. "Dave was great.  The day I called asking about obtaining a price quote, he was able to show up at my door an hour later.  I just bought the house and I didn't know that I wanted to get it painted until I actually was in possession.  I wanted to get it painted before I moved in, but mid-December was a busy time of the year for him. Dave gave me the news that I would probably have to wait until mid-January to get the house painted.  I was understanding of this, and decided to still continue getting the price quote. At the time I only asked for 3 bedrooms, the living room and family room to be painted as I was trying to be conscious of costs and my budget; and once we were done he gave me a fair quote.  When I told him I would accept his offer for the service, he told me that he would also paint my kitchen and 4th bedroom.  I was ecstatic!! To top it off, he then added that he was going to do everything in his power to start my house as soon as possible so that it would be fully painted before I was ready to move in.  So not only did he paint more than what I could have asked for at a fair price, but he also was able to finish the entire house within a week of me asking for the service.  I don't know if that is how he treats all his customers, but he really made me feel special, and he was able to bring me more than what I could have asked for.  In addition, he really helped me out in figuring out a good color scheme for the rooms.  I would highly recommend Dave and AOM to anyone looking for painting services.  They do floors also, and he's already on my list of who I would want to complete that service as well.
