"He was a little early, which was good, because we had no heat. We thought it might be the fuse, He checked, and it did need to be replaced. The heat still didn't work. A thermostat we installed was the same as the previous model (installed by another company). He took a long time to explain to us that the model we had wasn't the right one for our system and why. He is the first contractor to explain how our system is different. He replaced the thermostat with a different model. The price for the service call with the Angie's list discount was good. We could have purchased a new thermostat for less, but he told us that, and we went ahead since he was here, honest, and so informative. I will definitely call them again."

We never asked for a carbon monoxide detector but it was nice of them of to give it to us and install it for us. They were professional. Pricing was right. They did good work. The building manager who coordinated my deck build left the company after just a week. The electrician is wonderful & so is their primary tile subcontractor, but everyone else you need to watch closely. Surface Bella is very expensive and I doubt I got my money's worth, but at least they didn't run out on the job. They also tend to cut corners."

They carefully planned and convinced the best way to integrate our existing HVAC with an additional mimi-split and some additional ducting to maximize our heating and cooling of an additional 1300+ square feet of living space. Guys did a great job and now I use them for my yearly HVAC check-up service. Easy to work with, straight up front and quality you can trust."
