"One of my tenants called and said that they were having trouble flushing the toilet. After a plumber tried, unsuccessfully, to clear what I thought was a clog, I called Master Rooter. Sam was able to get me on the schedule for later in the day. And as promised, I got a call from Steven, letting me know that he was in the way to the house and to meet me there. Once he arrived, Steven was able to quickly find the tank and dig down to it. As soon as he opened the tank, it was clear that some work was needed. Steven was able to explain to me clearly what work was needed, the cost involved. He was then able to get the job done and get the toilets to flush late in the evening. Kudos to Steven and Sam for their quick response and professionalism. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good septic company."
