"Last year (2021), I hired Casteel to upgrade my HVAC system, tankless water heater, update the pipes in my basement, install a pump for washing machine and bring my electricity. I have a brink home the was built in 1955 and had not had any major repairs since 1985. Everyone I spoke to during the process of consulting and repair was professional, kind and courteous. They always kept an open line of communication and were willing to adjust their schedule according to emergency circumstances that happened in my family. From the products they used to the quality of the workmanship, I am still very pleased with outcome. They respected not only my time but my property too. I will definitely hire them again. "They found that what appeared to be a leaking water heater was actually a clogged drain line from an adjacent HVAC AprilAire humidifier. He also determined the pressure control valve had failed and the reading was 130 psi. He had the valve on his truck so I had it replaced even though the price was several hundred dollars above two other quotes."
