"Initially I was very pleased with this company. The people on the phone were very pleasant and helpful. It was a bit of wait, around 10 minutes, but they were super friendly and helpful. I told Olivia when she did the intake that I had a coupon from JDL's own website for $50 off. She then asked me to bring it up when I pay for the service. Fair enough. Then I'm told a $30 deposit is required but it is credited back at the end. So where things get dicey is when I am given an estimate, Isak comes out to the house, very professional and pleasant. He says the outside unit needs a new coil. He said he'd come back Friday 7/24. He comes back then and now there's an issue with the indoor unit, the temperature gauge. So then he says Monday. Joe (owner) handled the call because he said the billing people weren't there yesterday. He was trying his best but he even admitted he doesn't normally handle billing. It's a good thing we called at 12:30 pm (my window was 7am-1pm) because I was then told no one was planning to come out because I supposedly hadn't signed the estimate. Joe jumped into assumptions and said "Ma'am, you opened it 3 times so you can't tell me you didn't get it." I never said I didn't get it. What was not explained to me is that apparently you need to sign off "Approve" in the estimate. But even Joe couldn't find that button and if he couldn't find it how can a customer? And how would a customer know if it was never explained to them they must sign off before anyone will come out? Joe then admitted he will do better next time and tell customers they must e-sign the approval before a technician will come out. Factor came on Monday and was also very nice and did thorough work. I now have A/C so I am super grateful for that and I even told them that first off when I called back. He was very prompt, came at 2 p.m. practically right when we got off the phone. I was very impressed. I am super thankful to have A/C. I asked Factor if he knew about how to apply the coupon but he didn't and that's okay, I figured that since he doesn't work in billing. When I called and spoke with Olivia, she explained my coupon could not be applied because it's after the fact. Even though I had mentioned the coupon several times prior when calling. I did get flustered and yes I'll admit I forgot to mention at the time of payment. However, Joe doesn't work billing anyway so it could not have been applied when paying. That's the part where I think they need to work with me on. I know my situation was unique and I appreciate all they've done for me, but blocking me from speaking with management is not the appropriate step. I think Olivia could at least pass on a customer's number when they request to speak with management. don't believe in spreading bad juju so I would use them again, BUT, I think they need to a better job of communicating."

"The office called me within 10 minutes of adding my request on Angi. There were able to come out same day and fix our drain. They also provided me with free plumbing inspection of the rest of the home. Zach was very profession and easy to work with. I would use them again."

"Our heat went out and we reached out to Beltway. They were able to get out to us in a timely manner and diagnose the problem. The system was 25 years old and was going to cost 700 dollars to make a repair that had already been repaired once before we bought our home. After discussing our options with Ryan we decided to replace our furnace and AC unit instead of risking future issues and pouring more money in to an old system. He gave us a very reasonable price on a two stage system that is much more energy efficient than our existing unit and did not even charge us for the repair of our current system since we decided to buy a new unit. They have a 5 year labor warranty on their work which is far better than most companies that only offer a one or two year warranty. The install team was very courteous and polite, always wearing shoe covers and taking down decorations or moving stuff to avoid damage while coming in and out. At the end they walked us through the new unit and told us what to watch out for. We would definitely recommend Beltway to anyone and will come to them in the future with all our HVAC needs."

"The dryer really needed a new belt but the technician was sold the wrong one or at least it didn't fit my dryer. I was give no written receipt for the service. All the previous companies I have received any kind on service with have emailed me an invoice with a few hours. In this case the tech did not finish until after 5:30 pm. I don't know if I will get an invoice from K & K Industrials or not. Kenneth said he did several things that needed take care of such as excessive lint deep inside the dryer. The problem I called for was loud squealing when the dryer was running. That at least seems to have stopped. Kenneth did spend about two hours which included getting parts. My dryer is still running with a old belt after spending $310."
