"Robert and his team are absolutely amazing! We were left hanging by another concrete company that had our yard torn up blocking drains and gutters which caused a sink hole under our foundation into our crawl space. Then told us the job would not be completed until next year late spring (it’s August)! We put a request for a PRO via ANGI and Robert called back a few hours later on August 1, 2022. Robert came out to provide a quote on 8-4-2022. It gets even better! Robert put his Superman cape on arrived with his crew of Superheroes as scheduled on Saturday 8-6-2022 to prepare and prep for the concrete. On Tuesday 8-9–2022 the concrete Superheroes poured 48 yards of concrete! The team were so impressive to watch that everyone at home in our subdivision couldn’t help but to come out and watch the orchestra and art that was taking place. One thing I have not mentioned, this is a family owned and operated business that screams generations of pride. Superman Robert’s middle daughter owns this division of the business (meaning residential) her passion! If you were getting ready to ask, the answer is yes, They also perform commercial projects and have larger teams to compliment their smaller teams. "We expanded a ground floor family room, which required complete exterior and interior construction, with stacked stone to match existing exterior. Existing plumbing, electrical, and duct work had to be moved around. The room has a 5x10 closet with pull-down attic door and insulted attic above. A bay build-out added space to our dining room, and we added a walk-in pantry to the kitchen. Materials were included in the total price but not broken out. The contractor underestimated either the amount of stone needed or the cost of the (available) stone required to match the existing exterior. He covered about $400 of the additional materials cost; we covered about $1000 at his request. Lesson learned: In the contract, stipulate the dollar amount designated for special materials. Other than that and some slow downs due to occasional absent workers, the job went as planned and we're happy with the result. We appreciated the daily clean-up as it was a lengthy project and just living with the upheaval was at times a challenge. Mark had a cleaning crew come one weekend to help keep things in order."

"Jess came over the day I called him and went to work immediately to caulk the flashing and temporarily reattach the rain gutter until he could come back and replace some rotten fascia and attach the gutter. We had some very heavy rain forecast and his temporary fix prevented more damage. He managed to come back a few days later, after the rain, and completed the job. He also cleaned the gutters."

"<p>Given the incorrect start date by Judy at the Knoxville main office. Bad start. Crew arrived the next day and began  working hard and diligently to complete the repair in a timely fashion. Weather and difficult shale soil slowed the work somewhat. </p> The crew chief Brian, as well as the entire onsite staff were professional and dedicated to a job well done.
