"The salesperson was so thorough!  He really took me through all the options available and did not try to steer me in one direction.  There was great followup.  The windows I chose were a bit more pricey than I would have liked, but after installation, I have to say I got my money's worth.  Installation was timely and flawless, just one day to install all four windows.  They cleaned up after themselves beautifully and caused a minimum of stress and fuss, considering what they were doing.  All in all, a great experience.  I can recommend Sears with a clear conscience."

"Jeff did an excellent job explaining what we need to do for the humidity in our basement.  He also looked at our downspouts and gave suggestions on replacing the tubing at the end of the downspouts.  He was very knowledgable, professional and did not waste time.

"We hired Settlemir Construction for several jobs at our new home, These jobs included moving a garage, new windows, siding, new metal roof, and installing a water heater, water softener and purification system. Each job was done to the highest standard in a professional and timely manner. His prices were very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call him in the event I needed anything else done."

"Superior did very nice work for us from the ground up on a 30x50' pavilion with a full kitchen and two full baths. Custom woodwork included board and batten siding, interior shiplap throughout, custom cabinetry, specialty trim around outdoor fireplace, and custom wood doors. Kitchen and both baths included custom concrete countertops and cabinetry. They also placed exterior vinyl cedar shake siding, blown-in insulated ceilings, insulated walls, and sealed the concrete floor throughout. Anything sub'ed out was done through Cody except for the custom stone fireplace."
